I see myself as a constructive, reliable bridge builder – in a world where change is the new normal. The non-linearity and parallelism of processes in organizations place great demands on people and teams.
I approach this with empathy, understanding, expertise and a clear view from the outside. Listening, understanding – with intuition and sometimes reading between the lines – to facilitate positive change and change effectiveness in people. Creating this together fulfills and motivates me greatly.

In my professional life, I have become familiar with the internal and external perspective of development work in organizations – as a personnel and organizational developer in an international pharmaceutical company. And over the years as a consultant, coach, team developer and change agent in the often long-term and continuous collaboration with clients. I bring the ‘congealed’ experience from different types of companies, management styles, corporate cultures, industries and company sizes to create spaces with you in which suitable solutions can be developed for you and your organization in an open and targeted manner.
