We start with a joint, careful analysis in which issues are recorded, organized and understood. We then work in coaching formats that suit your needs and concerns. I will be happy to explain how we do this. No hocus-pocus, but theory-based and geared to your experience. Emotions are given space and inner and outer movement is initiated. If necessary, we also practice new behavioral patterns.
Yes, and sometimes a little unconventional: with courageous confrontation, depth and a love of experimentation. Laughing together often helps too, especially in difficult times. The inner distance that you create (you don’t have to believe everything you sometimes expect of yourself … 😉 ) also helps.
All of this enriches and makes it easier to navigate around even difficult cliffs with unexpected elegance.
