And this is always transparent, experience-oriented and effective for change. Sometimes a little unconventional. With courageous confrontation, depth and experimentation. And of course, as a result, new behavioral patterns are practiced, emotions are given space and movement is initiated. Laughing together also often helps, especially in difficult times. The inner distance that you create (you don’t have to believe everything you put yourself through…) also helps. All of this is enriching – and makes it easier to navigate unexpectedly elegantly around difficult cliffs.
