Team spirit and real productivity can only be achieved if these interlock. <strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Belonging<\/strong><strong>:&nbsp;<\/strong>Who belongs to us and why? When can I speak to whom? When do we have a sense of belonging? These questions are of particular concern to teams that are now more likely to be part of loose associations, networks or international and digital connections.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Reliability &amp; commitment:<\/strong>&nbsp;The looser the team structure, the more important it is that teams and managers&nbsp;are clear about their roles and internal rules&nbsp;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Atmosphere and culture:<\/strong>&nbsp;All&nbsp;know what behavior is desired and what is not. Dealing with undesirable behavior is discussed and&nbsp;decided by the manager&nbsp;or jointly. Every employee contributes to their own mental health and that of their colleagues.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Decisions &amp; implementation:<\/strong>&nbsp;Teams that have the ability to clearly and quickly differentiate between team and hierarchical decisions have an advantage in terms of efficiency and speed.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p><p>Have you found topics that are important for your team to integrate?
