We then work in coaching formats that suit your needs and concerns. I will be happy to explain how we do this. No hocus-pocus, but theory-based and geared to your experience. Emotions are given space and inner and outer movement is initiated. If necessary, we also practice new behavioral patterns.     <\/p>\n<p>Yes, and sometimes a little unconventional: with courageous confrontation, depth and a love of experimentation. Laughing together often helps too, especially in difficult times.
